1. See if the shock absorber leaks oil. Look directly at the shock absorber housing or boot when it is not raining or washing the car. You can see it at a glance. Very intuitive.
2. And listen. When driving at low speed, there is a squeaking sound when the wheels pass through the bumps of the road surface or when there is slight vibration. The abnormal sound of the shock absorber is different from the abnormal sound of other chassis, which is very dull. If it is the front shock absorber steering wheel, there is also a noticeable vibration. Find an experienced driver who can accurately determine which suspension is issued.
3. There is also hand pressure on the top of the suspension part of each wheel, such as the front and rear fenders. The faulty shock is pressed hard. This is a symptom of the shock absorber oil leaking to the late stage. This can only be judged by an experienced maintenance technician.
4. When the shock absorber fails, it can only be replaced, not repaired.
